Why does it see the video card incorrectly?

Motherboard M5A78L-M LE/USB3. Nvidia GT 710 card, new. Windows seems to see that this device is a video card and starts with it, but does not see the card model. In the device manager, it's just nameless like there: "... Video adapter ... (Microsoft video card)". More precisely a little later I can write. When installing drivers from the nvidia site, it says that the device is not found.

Is there an integrated video card? Is the VGA/HDMI cable connected to the video card or to the motherboard? If there is a built-in one, then maybe you are booting on it, and not on a discrete one. Then you need to check how you connected the discrete.
If there is no built-in, then look for older versions of drivers, new packs may not include drivers for old video cards.
