Hello. I shop on ebay with paypal. Visa card usd. paypal account in usd.
Paypal has recently been updated. When buying on ebay, invoices began to be issued in euros (previously, invoices were issued in the seller's currency, which, in fact, I would like to return). Currency settings can be changed immediately upon payment, but changing it every time is not convenient.
