Safe purchases in the US without claims from SB Ebay - how?

After a series of purchases to an address in the Russian Federation earlier, and the very first shipment from Ebay in the USA to the address of one popular mail forwarder, SB froze the Ebay account, requested a bunch of documents, and after checking it, in a streamlined but accessible way, hinted that it was worth using another address. I read a number of articles about their algorithms - it seems to be a common practice to ban users automatically, for a number of reasons, and matching the address with someone who has previously violated the rules is a sure way to block.
Ok, I'm ready to change forwarder, but it turned out to be not so easy to choose another one - there are almost no services with reviews, where they would not arrange a circus with unconvincing praises on the one hand, and downpours of negativity on each of the significant services - on the other.
Please share your experience - how to participate in auctions and not look like a bot if you win by placing a bid at the last moment?
I understand that statistics are an inexorable thing, and everyone has jambs - tell me, with whom did you not remember the obvious negative such as lost parcels and unreported iPhones?
Which service leaves an acceptable aftertaste and doesn't bring problems with Ebay/Amazon?
In order not to provoke public advertising from salespeople from mail forwarders, please, if possible, answer in a PM on Habré if your experience is clearly negative or positive.
Thank you all in advance.
