How to collect eBay EPN orders?

Hi all.
The essence of the task is as follows: there is an affiliate link, users will follow it.
Therefore, the question is: how to parse orders that users have completed using this link?
More precisely, not even how to parse, but where to send requests? I reviewed all their APIs, but I have never seen a dumber API in my life.
I want to do this in order not to go to them every time, but to receive this information directly to my CRM.
