How not to store PD in Russia?

Hello.
Today it became known that Google will comply with the requirement of law No. 242 and will store the personal data of Russians on Russian servers (most likely on the site of Rostelecom). Earlier it was reported that eBay and PayPal are also ready to do this.
How to set up a Google account (or any other account) or what actions need to be taken so that the PD does not "move" to Russian servers?
Please refrain from making assumptions. Thank you.

It doesn't depend on you. But, if they store only Russian accounts in Russia, you can create a fake from under an American proxy, respectively. data so that Google considers your profile to be American.

Just ask to delete the PD - you don't have to store anything.
