Which currency card to choose for PayPal?

I recently registered on ebay, foolishly linked an ordinary card, but when I found out more about conversions, I just wanted to howl.
Basically the questions are:

  1. Which bank card is best suited for these purposes?
  2. What other painless PayPal options are there?

Any
normal banks allow you to link any of your cards to any online account, even to euros, even to dollars, even to rubles.

PayPal has a choice of conversion methods, I have an Alfa-Bank ruble card linked. Usually it was more profitable to convert with a bank, but I paid two days ago, it turned out that the PayPal rate was more profitable.

Any card in rubles, it's easier, and as indicated above, change the conversion to PayPal.
I've been using it for over a year now. And more importantly, that on Ebay itself the prices were indicated in dollars, not rubles. Their conversion is also not profitable. If the link does not lead, then:
Settings - Payment options - Select a payment method for pre-confirmed payments - Set available funding sources - Conversion options
