How do hrs or personnel officers feel about the lack of a work record in the labor?
Hello!
How do personnel officers relate to the lack of a record of work in the labor? Let's say I worked as a programmer in a startup, without registration. The work was under NDA. When applying for another job, does the question arise why there is no confirmed experience. Or how in such cases to confirm the experience and what to say? I can’t show the project code, because NDA.

Nobody cares about labor. Interested in knowledge and experience
I have changed jobs 6 times over the past 10 years, and I have had 10 more interviews, and I have never been asked for a work permit. It is only viewed at checkout. If the question "Why are there no records" arises, the answer is simple "Worked unofficially." You have already passed the interview, this answer will be more than enough.
The employer does not look at the labor NEVER. He looks at the resume, then at the interview.
Several times I deliberately overestimated the length of service in some offices for six months in my resume so that the employer would not be scared off by a period of 1 year for a couple of jobs in a row. Rolled. When you were accepted, no one cares what you have in your work, even though the word X @ Y will be written on the entire page (by the way, I have something similar in my work written, they gave me an insert, yyyy).
"how in such cases to confirm the experience and what to say?" - communicate not with stupid "HR girls", but with those people under whose guidance you will work. A normal interview with a programmer should be conducted by a development manager, or some other senior technical specialist, because the "HR girl" herself does not understand what she is asking and will stupidly run you through a piece of paper. In general, if HR is in charge of hiring programmers in a company, run away from there.

I doubt that anyone is looking at the Russian work book. I have not heard of such cases.
In your CV, fill in all the gaps for yourself, even if you worked unofficially.
Personally, in my resume is the experience of the office, which is not documented. and somewhere in the text there is also mention of the lack of documentation of that very experience.
HR is unlikely to read that postscript, but according to the standard hh form, everything looks beautiful. well, the name of the office does not correspond to the legal one, so it will not work to find fault with all the desire.
and at the interview they will rather listen to what the project was in general terms and how you talk about it.
It all depends on the degree of bureaucratization of the office, but it’s realistic to compare CV and labor - well, I have never seen it, although if they differ dramatically, questions may arise. And a few years is bullshit, especially if it's been a long time.
(By the way, this is how it is with me myself - at some time one office and one term of work were recorded in the labor office - another office was recorded in the CV and another term of work - the real one :) Because I was only listed in the office from the labor office, I came once a month for a salary )
They hire not a work book, but a person. How much can you discuss the same thing.
labor for scoring
depends on the vacancy
if at the warehouse manager - then, alas, there is no way without it, if a technical interview for a narrow specialist is needed only for salary
At the interview you will be interviewed, if you fumble, then you can’t hide it. If you don’t rummage, then you can’t hide it either. Especially if there will be a test period and a trial period. In general, potential employers are generally well thought out and insured, so do not worry and learn how to sell yourself beautifully, especially if you have something to sell. :)
As a person who has already passed more than a dozen interviews and has been recruiting people for work for more than a year. I have long had my own circle of people whom I can drag along with me and there are people who are eager to get to work with me. I can tell how I do it.
1. I do not look at certificates. They are a factor but not a determinant. They confirm the theory. And I need practice. I also have certificates, but what's the point of them? Real problems and ways to solve them matter.
2. Basic - your education and resume. And I can always call your previous employer and ask for your opinion.
3. I took people from the university with zero experience and it had a positive effect.
4. I will talk with a person who is interesting to me and draw my conclusion. 2-3 questions are enough to understand whether you have the described knowledge and experience.
5. A week of work will say everything about you.
It will be enough to show your knowledge during a test task or an interview, and if you pass, then it will no longer be very important what happens to your work.
