How and where to find a job as an enikey worker, without experience and education?
Hello dear site users. Please help me with your advice on finding a job as an enikey worker (assistant system administrator). There is only a diploma from a trade and economic technical school (I went to a trade technical school because there was no other choice, but it was always drawn to IT). There is no money to study at the institute yet. No experience in IT either. There is nothing shorter ... (except for the desire to work in IT). In my free time I try to delve into the work of my PC, read books, posts on Habré.... In the near future I will move to Krasnodar... Please tell me if I have a chance to find a job (with a trade education) in a city like Krasnodar? How to start looking for a job there? Is it too late for me (23 years old) to start looking towards IT? (I’m just looking at 20 year old guys with diplomas who can’t find a job, and I think where am I before them ...

Was in your situation. I started working in IT at the age of 24. Naturally, without experience, there is no chance to find something worthwhile. Therefore, at first I worked in outsourcing as a traveling administrator (connect a printer, clean viruses, rearrange Windows and stuff like that). I don’t know how it is in Krasnodar, but in Moscow, anyone who knows how to solve at least simple problems is taken for traveling outsourcing. At that time, I had a rather vague idea about server systems, telephony, accounting programs, and much more. In general, my knowledge was at the level of an advanced home user, with a media grid for 3 computers, a network printer, and a kind of ftp server. Salary was originally 20-25. A year later, I got a job in a small company with 20 PCs and a salary of 35.
So you have every chance.
I also started working at the age of 24. I got a job as a system administrator in a bank without experience. Now I'm looking for a part-time job remotely, ideally Web, of course. There is a lot of free time here, but I just don’t want to miss it.
