How can two people work simultaneously on a PC, 1st host, 2nd via RDP?

There are two users, and I want to connect to one of them remotely, but so that not one of the users is logged out. Is this possible or not?
OS: Windows 10 LTSB 2015

It is possible, there is such software as RDPWrapper
Allows several accounts to work remotely, as on a terminal server.
