Is it possible to connect iscsi storage through group policies?

Good afternoon.
There is NASQ559P2. It still has about 2TB free, and so I decided to give 1TB from them to buyers for storing their photos (shoes, various collections). I decided to connect via group policy with a network drive - but I did not find the functionality that limits the size of the folder, only the user. If you leave it like that, then the 1TB threshold will be overcome, and hard-working buyers will take all the available space. If I connect iscsi as a target, then I’ll just cut off as much as I need, and let them already monitor what is relevant to them and what is outdated. That's just their 30 people - and hands-on option is not very good. Here I think, can anyone have scripts that perform similar tasks? So far I haven't found a solution on the Internet.
PS. Advice is also welcome, if there are thoughts on how to give a folder limited in size to users in a different way.

iSCSI - block access. Roughly speaking, you remotely connect the drive to the system. It can be connected to several clients at the same time only if the clients are able to work in this mode.
