Why does the osloader.exe error appear when starting the PC?

I have Windows 8.1 on my computer. Everything worked fine. Recently, sometimes (just sometimes, usually when rebooting and rarely when turned on), an error has appeared:

I don’t have a boot disk, I don’t want to reinstall, I don’t want to lose data either.

I agree with Dmitry. Check xd. And make a copy of the necessary data if you don't want to lose it. And do it always if you really need the data.
