How to stream audio from a sound card to a smartphone?
There is a PC on Windows 10, an external sound card, an Android smartphone. It is necessary in some way (via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) to broadcast sound from an external sound card to a smartphone in real time. The optimal ratio of quality and low latency is important (it is a priority).
The only thing I found is SoundWire. It works over Wi-Fi, but many complain about the sound quality.
What other implementation methods exist? How to do it in the most rational way?

On the computer, install something like Icecast, set up sound capture from the desired source (for example, via SimpleCast or via Winamp with the Edcast DSP plugin), and on the phone, simply open the stream with any player that supports network streams.
