How can MacServer be applied?

Others, I have a question. It was formed at work that the owner of the Mac Server did not really need - in fact, a Mac Mini with a Leopard on board. How can you use such crap in an economy for one and a half hundred machines and a dozen servers, if everything has been configured and working for a long time - the Internet is distributed by Linux, the domain and file storage are spinning on Win, mail and part of the proxy - on Win + EServ? The piquancy of the task is that I would like to come up with a really worthy application for a piece of iron - not just to gather dust in the corner, idly chasing bytes, but to bring benefits. So far, I have only thought of raising some kind of internal portal on it ... who knows, is there anything portal for Mac?

You can open VNC access there and let users look at this beast.

Add a monitor with a touchscreen and mount it under a sheet of plastic on the wall in a smoking room / reception / dining room as an information kiosk, for example.

There is the usual x86, you can install any compatible OS. There is little point in MacOS Server, especially if your network is not on poppies.
