How can I tell if Windows is installed correctly?

I reinstalled Windows, but interactive sites are buggy in the browser, although there were no problems before.
The windows themselves in Winfows open quickly and everything seems to be fine. But if I open complex sites that have animations in them, this is a slide show.

Have you installed video card drivers? adobe flash?
