Tiling WM for Windows 7?

Advise something workable, with support for Win7, multiple desktops / monitors, etc. I tried bugn, the impressions are somehow unhealthy - somehow it smells of mold, which they just polished a little and hung the Win7-compatible tag. I also heard something about MaxTo, but after bugn it doesn’t pull on experiments, I want something obviously verified.

So, well, if someone else is interested in my problem, then the link in the previous post is not very useful in practice - I tried all the software from it, basically it adjusts the size of windows, and does not create tiles. Oh, and I really want a real twm for myself ...
