How to choose OS at boot?

Win 8 was installed. Then, following the instructions , I installed antegros.
But on startup it loads win.
It says Go into Antergos, find terminal and type in the following command:
sudo os-prober
However, I don't understand how to load Antergos.
I tried to change the boot order in the BIOS, but either it doesn’t load anything, or win.
Tell me how to make a choice of OS at startup.
