How can I delete this folder (it says "Request permission from [Username]")?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to delete a folder but I get this message:

What I did:

Changed owner
Changed my permissions on this file
Executed takeown on this file

- didn't work =(

It turned out that this folder was open in Visual Studio Code
