Why won't Windows start after chkdsk /F /R?

I checked the hard drive for bad sectors using the chkdsk / F / R command . now does not load Windows. Writes constantly, even after a reboot, this:
Phase 0: Starting Watch Dog Initialization:
Phase 0 : Loading Config.... ( roots krn;, setup )
Phase 0: Pre initialization eventes.
Phase 0 : subsystems initialization.
Phase 0: finalized.
Phase 1 : Initialize components ....
Phase 1 : starting reactor ....
Phase 1 : starting components
phase 1: starting internal subsystems ....
phase 1: starting commands chanels ...
phase 1: srm start actions .. .phase
1 : starting external sybsystems...
phase 1; finished

And what to do next?

@BonBonSlick

connect the disk to another computer and see what happened to it,
if something bootable just crashed, then do a recovery
