Why won't Windows start after chkdsk /F /R?
I checked the hard drive for bad sectors using the chkdsk / F / R command . now does not load Windows. Writes constantly, even after a reboot, this:

connect the disk to another computer and see what happened to it,
if something bootable just crashed, then do a recovery
