Good day. Is it possible to load other EFI files with the standard Microsoft-UEFI bootloader? And accordingly, what parameters need to be passed so that an error does not fall out.

efi files are loaded not by the microsoft loader, but by the UEFI BIOS, so the answer is yes.
Windows creates a standard EFI boot partition and places its bootloader there, you can place something of your own there.
The easiest way is to throw some universal loader there and load everything you need through it.
