How to set default msdasql provider?

At work in a third-party program, the source of which I do not have access to, the size of the database grew from sql express 2005, so I had to install sql express 2008, Win 7 x64 OS, the program imports large directories using openrowset. I found how scripts turn it on on the server, turned it on, but now another error has come up - when importing, it crashes with an error
