How can I connect different monitors to different GPUs?

I have 2 GPUs (AMD Radeon Graphics and NVIDEA GeForce RTX 3060) and two monitors (built in laptop and one from LG, I don't think it matters), can I use AMD's GPU for the built-in monitor, but a discrete graphics card for the outside?
