In the official version, everything works, but if you replace the files: DotNetCommon.dlland DTUltra.exe, then an error starts to appear.

In the original, the program works because it has a verified digital signature, and the hacked files that you replace the original files with do not have a digital signature.
Just disable digital signature verification and restart the system. Should help.
