Device search (Windows 10) does not work, what should I do?

It sees from the phone, but not at all where I am, and if I log in from the computer, there is no such option at all. What's the matter???

Check if the search function is enabled: Start - Settings - Update and security - Search for a device should be ON status. Also on the phone, make sure that high location accuracy is enabled (gps is working and the Internet is working fine).
