How does TSCON affect other users?

I connect to a remote machine via RDP to run autotests on it, use the command on the remote machine

tscon 2 /dest:console

so that when disconnected from RDP, the Internet Explorer driver could work and run tests. But here's the question, many users connect to this remote machine for their own purposes. If I use this command and connect to console will it affect other users somehow? Will they be thrown out or something else? And won't I break anything on the main user?
