How can a hard drive be repaired after diskpart?

I recently reinstalled Windows on an old laptop. During the installation of the drivers, the disk began to squeak, and behind it the computer hung. After turning on the laptop, the disk flew. It was determined by the computer, but the volume was not visible and it was impossible to enter. Moreover, if you try to open it, then the explorer starts to freeze and is turned off only by the task manager, i.e. failed to format it. Then I decided to clean it through diskpart, I succeeded, but now it is not visible at all. However, the bios still sees it. I know that, perhaps I acted very stupidly, but is it possible to somehow restore the disk (data is not needed)?

We need to create a pool. We are looking for disk spaces in the search > create a pool > select a disk > delete a disk.

Right click on "My Computer" - Manage - Disk Management.
In this application, you can try to format the disk, create partitions, etc. if it does not allow, then through Acronis Disk Director.
I also recommend to look at the status of the disk through CrystalDiskInfo (SMART attributes). If it shows an alarm, it is not recommended to use such a disk, a final failure is possible with great difficulty in recovering data.
