Why is there no memory on the hard drive?

I have a total of 125 GB on my local drive D, 60 GB of which are occupied. But when I click properties, it says that 70 GB is occupied. Allocated together with hidden files and folders, still 60 GB. I do not understand where the 10 GB disappeared.
