Help with choosing a universal remote control?

It so happened that the remote control from the TV flew + blunts the remote control from the TV set-top box. I wondered if it was worth buying 2 remotes for a new one, because you can buy 1 universal one.

I ran through the Internet, the coolest, of course, are the Logitech Harmony, but they disappeared from sale EVERYWHERE. I do not understand what it is connected with. I liked this one the most - www.logitech.com/en-us/product/harmony-remote-650 You can, of course, take it on eBay, but I'm afraid there will be problems with the software in the future or even now.

Hence the question of which remote control to choose.

Wishlist:
1. Budget - up to 2000 rubles.
2. Convenient control of 3 devices: Asus O! Play, set-top box from Beeline Cisco and Panasonic Viera TV (old model)
3. Ideally, setup via a computer
4. If there is also a screen, then beauty in general.

I understand that the question can be googled, but personal experience is important to me. Who uses what?

Harmony 650 can be found in Moscow, but it does not fit into the budget - from 3000 rubles. Delivery to the regions is available in several large stores.
Just bought it a couple of months ago, very happy with it. A big plus is that the database can be updated via the Internet. The software, however, could have been made better.
There is also a good manufacturer OneForAll. I dealt with their Kameleon 8 remote control - a cool model in terms of functionality, but trouble with ergonomics. The database built into the console is universal enough, you can train bullets from the original donor. There is also an update procedure through the speakers (a la modem), but I could not overcome it.
Budget consoles according to reviews are also nothing. I don't think that for ~1000r (Essence 4) you can find something better :)

I recently took One For All Essence 4 for myself - an extensive base, the possibility of training, and most importantly, inexpensively. It's true that there is no screen in this model, but there is an older model, it is there.
