Headphone hook?

Hello Khabrovites!
AKG 520 headphones are available in white, but both of them are broken (vinyl plastic, brittle). Glue does not help, unaesthetic fastening methods will not help, most likely it will break in another place. Tell me, maybe there is an opportunity to order a casting of a new bow (it can be separated, 8 screws) or as a spare part somewhere? Headphones did not last long, it's a pity to throw them away.

If the aesthetic side is of little concern, then the easiest and most reliable way, oddly enough, is electrical tape)
Glue the headphones as it will, attach (or glue) pieces of dense material (cardboard, leather, plastic) on both sides and wrap tightly with electrical tape. The bow will not lose flexibility and will hold well.

Try to carve from soft (bendable) metal. Although if you look at the price, then the game is most likely not worth the candle. Casting is an expensive thing and unprofitable in the amount of one piece. Maybe you can find a Chinese fake for spare parts.

No one will be engaged in casting one copy. You can look towards 3D printing.

if the hands grow from the right place, you can bend it from plexiglass
; if from the wrong place, it will be easier to buy new “ears”
