Apple headphone adapter?

Cheer up everyone. I already asked this question, but did not receive a clear answer.
I'm a rogue and don't want to buy Apple computers - I don't like them. But I have their Earpods which have a microphone.
I want to use these headphones on my miserable rogue pisyuk. It has separate headphone and microphone jacks.
I really need an adapter, but I just went through all the variations with mothers, dads / men and women, 2-to-1, etc.
Tell me, is there something that I want in nature, preferably in the Moscow region / St. Petersburg?

Do It. Buy a 4-pin jack socket , cut the audio cord in your ass, and go! Headset pinout, counting from the pointed end

2. Ear
3. Ground
4. Microphone.
Headphones work just like that, without an adapter. The microphone will also work through the adapter. Regulators and through the adapter on the PC will not work.
