HDD 3.5 wd two signals and bios is not detected, how to fix it?

Hard disks

The laptop crashed, now Windows won't boot.
BOIS does not define a disk.
When connected via USB, the disk emits two beeps (squeak), continues to buzz as during normal operation, but is not detected by Windows.
There are also two sounds in the laptop itself, it gives an error like it does not see the disk, but it is not detected in bois.
Is it possible to reanimate the disk?

Take the disc to a specialized service and do not try to turn it on again. The more attempts you make, the more likely it is to finally cut the disc.
