Downloaded movies by torrent, speed 100mb/s, accidentally overloaded the hard drive by 100%. Now my computer hasn't opened for several days, the folder is just loading, all the icons disappear, the previews of photos, videos have disappeared. What's wrong, how to fix it?

Boot from the installation disk, enter recovery mode and delete unnecessary files through the command line.
