How to delete a partition on an external hard drive?

An external hard drive has always been used on a macOS system , but recently I needed to copy data from a drive to win10 . When connected, the hard drive was not recognized and the system ignored it, but the next time the same drive was used on a mac, the system already threw an error saying it could not be read. I looked through the console at the partition table and noticed "Microsoft reserved" in it , I understand that this partition was created on the hard disk when connecting to win. Tell me how to rub this section, there is no way to clear the disk to zero - valuable and inviolable data
