Monitoring the status of hard drives in RAID under Windows Server?

Good afternoon, I'm interested in how with a minimum entry threshold it is possible to monitor the state of the HDD in the RAID controller built into the Intel® S3000AH, Intel® S5000PSL
under Windows? Also interested in the possibility of notification of problems by email.
