Has anyone had similar glitches on macos or is the video card dying?

I constantly catch similar glitches on mbp 15 2017
Tell me, please, are these hardware problems and should be taken in for repair or are they just regular makosi glitches?

looks like it. just wait until she dies, otherwise they will only divorce her hands in the service

It happens, I don't see anything wrong with it. Fortunately, it disappears when you restart the software / reboot the hardware.
MBP 13" 2017. I think it's a software problem. It doesn't happen often. I
only noticed it on Mojave, it didn't exist on HS (or didn't notice it).
