Hard drive problems?

Hello, I want to ask you. When I turn on the sleep mode on the camp, and then when I start the PC again, my hard drive starts to start, and then the cutting stops and after 3 seconds it starts up again and works fine, but the computer no longer sees the screen and so every race. What's wrong with the disk?
