Why does SMART show strange values?

SMART shows that the HDD has been turned on 30 times, while the operating time is 1400 hours !!! Even if we assume that the disk was turned on for 30 full days, then it turns out that it worked 46 hours a day, which is naturally impossible! Because of what such in indicators?

If you are talking about the Device Power Cycle Count parameter
Why did you decide that the operating time is limited to days? If the PC worked 10 days in a row without shutdowns, the field indicator will be 1, and the operating hours will be 240.
