Hello. I don't understand why, but the GPU Clock is very low - 570 MHz. I buy a used video card (Gtx 1050 ti KalmX 4gb), he said that 11.10 overclocked it. The screen was made after the test in full mark.
Please tell me is this bad? Or so it should be.

This graphics card is passively cooled. It is possible that the frequency is lowered to reduce heat generation, so that the radiator copes with difficult ventilation conditions.
