Which video card to choose for i5 2500k?

We currently have:
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz
Motherboard ASUS P8Z77-V LX
Power supply - Thermaltake LT-500P 500W (lt-500al2nc) I'm looking

at the GeForce GTX 1060 6gb. What do you recommend specifically? The main task is games in FullHD.

Your processor supports 16 PCIe lanes and your motherboard supports PCIe 3.0. Accordingly, the video card will work fine if no other devices are connected to PCIe that will occupy the channels.
And 1060 is a great card. If you want to save up to 30% and there is an opportunity to take 3GB instead of 6, then take 3, there will be no difference, and the price is decently lower.

MSI with two fans, Gigabyte WindForce 2X or any other dual fan. 3 GB is only worth considering if you plan to upgrade in a couple of years. If not, the RX 470 is clearly more interesting instead. So far, it drags and looks more profitable than the model with 6 GB, and in a year or two there will be clearly little video memory.
