How to solve crackling in columns and freezing?

Hey guys, need help. Trouble with PC
Initial data:
I5 4570
Gigabyte H81M-S2V
MSI GTX 650
Kingstone SSD 120
4gb x 2 RAM
Trouble next - suddenly there may be an unrealistically loud crackle and rumble in the speakers along with a permanent freeze of everything and everything, and no matter what I'm in I do this moment (I play, surf or write code)
After that, the computer either boots up and lets it work for 5-10 minutes before opening the browser or toy, or in general by itself and again crackling and freezing and going into reboot
At the same time, the reboot can be generally cyclical and the monitor does not even turn on, that is, just a black screen and the PC reboots a million times and for the first time it decides to start up.
At the same time, problems can be once a week, or it can even take half a year.
I was very tired of this problem and already did everything I could
1) I changed the thermal paste
2) The power supply was new 550W (there was a know name for 500)
3) I rearranged the RAM and tried to start it with one bar
4) I scanned the SSD
5) I reset the BIOS
6) Firewood on bios changed
An interesting feature - when it reboots cyclically (the monitor does not work) and nothing helps, then I connect to the built-in video and everything starts and works right away, sin on the video? But I didn’t remove the card and it is still powered

@litlleidiot

UPD: The problem was in the RAM bar from goodram (now I don’t advise anyone to take it)
On closer inspection, it turned out that one line decoder burned out

Possibly a video, yes. Remove the video card, drive without it. And it's even better to "swap" with a friend, let him check it at home, and you temporarily drive his card.
You can also turn on the furmark for a cold start, it will quickly warm up the card.
