What environment to choose?

I am currently working with macbookair 13 + external monitor. there was an opportunity to take a new iron. I plan to take a macbook pro 16 GB, put it on a stand vertically, connect 2 external monitors to it and work. Actually why - for the station to be mobile, so sometimes you need to work outside the home. But I'm thinking, maybe use the old air as a portable station, and take imac instead of pro? Why do I want all this - so that I can separate the working environment from the personal one (I wanted to use air for personal purposes, but if it is also a portable station, I don’t know what to do here) Who organizes their working environment?

If you want a different working environment, then just get a second user on your macbook instead of a second computer. Do not produce entities in vain.
