Why is Canon PIXMA MP230 printing slow?

Prints extremely slowly. Pauses after each line when printing and copying. When printing a large number of copies, the first one is problematic, the next ones are printed quickly.
Description of an identical problem with the same printer and a similar problem with another Canon model.

It looks like problems with the speed of data transfer to the printer, he does not have time to print faster than the job comes to him. Copies are already printed from the internal memory.
