Can you help me diagnose?
Good day.
I have noticed for a long time that my computer makes a strange noise... It's like a hundred small bells are making noise. What is important, they make noise only when the CPU is under load (QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450, 2666 MHz (8 x 333)).
Visual video (you need to listen, you can hear it better at the end):
Video on Youtube
At the end of the video, this noise was made just from scrolling the mouse wheel in the browser ...
Thank you in advance for your help.

Throttles whistle. In turn: the PSU is more powerful, the mother and vidyuhu are newer.
Try to localize the source of the squeak. Poorly wound chokes can be both on the motherboard and in the PSU. They say nail polish can help with this .

90% are pickups on the audio path, the sound is emitted by the speakers.
Try to insert the headphones, if the sound disappears (and in the headphones, especially at full volume) appears - this is it.
By the method of elimination, you are approaching the answer :) If there is another PSU at hand, then another part of the reasons will be excluded.
