Does the motherboard support RAM timings?

I want to upgrade my computer, but I ran into a question that I could not find the answer to on the Internet: Does the motherboard support all RAM timings? I have a motherboard - asus P8H61-M2 USB3, in the documentation for which there are no necessary, specific specifications on this matter, only examples of memory from different companies with maximum timings 9-9-9-24, the memory that I want (samsung ddr3 1600 1rx8 pc3-12800u-11-13-a1) CL11 timing. So the question is: Will they be compatible?

Timings - this is how many clock cycles this module will spend on performing a certain read or write operation in memory. The motherboard does not know anything about timings, it simply provides a bus through which a stream of commands and data flows from the processor to the memory module and back. The memory module frequency (the frequency at which data is transmitted on the memory bus) is a characteristic of the memory module, processor, and motherboard.
Timings are delays in the execution of processor instructions. They can be, generally speaking, any (less is, of course, better, the processor will wait less for a response from memory)
