Is it possible to distribute the Internet to 2 PCs if the provider has a binding to the MAC address?
The bottom line is that the provider tied the network to the MAC address of my PC. So, what are the ways to connect the Internet also to a laptop?
I ordered a wi-fi router on ebay, so I need a relatively inexpensive solution for a month (not necessarily wireless) to keep within 200-500 rubles

Rewrite the network to the MAC address of the wifi router and distribute the Internet from the router.
I understand that there is no router? You go to the store, buy a d-link dwa-120 (125) - they cost 10 bucks
and distribute them to a laptop, smartphone, microwave and a cat via a virtual router,
you can still buy a network card and bung up a patch cord to a laptop, but what about a cat without the Internet?
If you do not need to keep them connected to the network at the same time, then you can simply kill the poppy in the laptop. That's how I use it myself.
If there is no router yet, then the solution for a month is to set up routing and nat on a stationary computer (well, or on a laptop?)
If there is only one physical wire (from the provider), then only one device can be connected to it. That is, to connect TWO - in any case, you need a "splitter" - a switch, a hub or a router.
Binding to MAC indicates that the switch or hub is missing.
Bottom line: you need either a hardware router or a second network card (wired or wireless) in the main computer and software routing on the computer
