Conflict with video card drivers in XP, how to remap interrupts for video card?

After installing the XP views, I install the drivers for the ATI video card, after which XP stops loading, the status bar of the loading screen is shown after a couple of seconds it hangs. It boots normally in safe mode. Errors in adapter properties:

in safe mode, the standard driver for VGA devices is used.
Apparently the driver that you installed is not suitable for this video card.
