Grub, can't find cmd.exe /t:03?

I installed kali linux on a separate railway section. Now I can't login to kali. I downloaded grub2win from sourceforge. Writes:

не удаётся найти" C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /t:03". Проверьте правильно ли указано имя и повторите попытку.

The BCD.diagnostic.code.0.txt file says to enter the commandbcdedit /v

Result
