Problem installing kubuntu 15.04. What is the reason? How to fix?

Actually, subject. I boot from a flash drive, press start kubuntu and get this screen.
First, the installer started, everything was mounted and installed. After the reboot, I get what is on the screen. Even in LiveCD I can not enter. The section on which I installed kubuntu, just in case, was removed from under Win, but nothing has changed.

It seems to me that your bootloader is overwriting the flash drive, or maybe the entire distribution. Watch carefully what you put where.
