How to migrate Debian 9 from UEFI to BIOS?

Greetings.

There was a PC with Debian 9 installed on UEFI. The PC is broken and now you need to transfer the system to another PC without UEFI.
How to reinstall the bootloader in this case? Ideally, you can boot both on a system with URFI and an old BIOS at the same time.
