Grandstream IP handset and Gigaset dec manager

Good day to all. Can someone tell me the solution to this problem:
There is a Gigaset (N720) manager, it has a gigaset (C610) handset and it works fine. The problem is this: there are still grandstream (DP710) handsets that register on the dekt manager, but do not work (you can’t get through to them, outgoing calls work every other time, the sound disappears).
Is this a problem with the handsets themselves, or are Grandstream and Gigaset not compatible with each other?

DECT is a purely marketing name, based only on the fact that the handset is wireless and operates in a certain frequency range. The fact that the DECT handset says absolutely nothing about their compatibility and interchangeability. Therefore, each manufacturer invents its own communication protocol for the base station (det manager) and handsets.
But lately, manufacturers have begun to unite after all - the GAP standard was invented - i.e. if the handset is GAP compatible, then in theory it should go to another station if that one is also GAP compatible. In practice, this also does not always work.
Panasonic is especially different in this.
As a result, there are different cases - only outgoing calls work, or only incoming calls, or only dialing works in general, and then there is a break. And it happens that you can only register the handset at the station.
Total: there is no general rule by which you can determine whether the base station is compatible with a third-party handset. Only by selection can this be verified. And what is written in the handset manuals is only true if the handset and the base station are included in one set.
I can also add that there is a CAT.Iq standard for DECT handsets - with its variations - 1.1, 2.0, etc. So this is also not a guarantee that tubes with the same versions of CAT.Iq are interchangeable. Although if CAT.Iq 2.0 and higher, then the probability of compatibility is quite high.
