Colleagues, good afternoon!
There is a task to upload call data to Bitrix24. It is the data and not the calls itself.
Telephony goes through its PBX, from which statistics are collected.
Specifically, when a call
comes in, 1. create a call (if the ringing phone has a contact, company, lead - attach the call).
2. If this phone is not in the database, create a lead or offer the manager a choice
3. show the lead/deal/contact card if the number matches
